No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimates
Beginning January 1, 2022, if you’re uninsured or if you opt for self-pay (i.e., not going through your health insurance), health care providers like me must provide you with an estimate of the expected charges before you get an item or service. This is called a good faith estimate (GFE). Providers and facilities (like mine) must provide you with a GFE if you request one, or after you’ve scheduled a service. It should include the expected charges for all items or services that are provided as part of the same scheduled experience. The provider must provide a list of all items and services associated with your care.

We loved the location and personal practice feeling. It was nice having activities for other children/siblings who had to attend. My son LOVED Londa and it was a fun thing and what he thought a treat to go see her weekly. ~ Caitlyn H
The goals of the student are clearly laid out. Each session has a clear and concise point which is communicated after each session. This is extremely helpful to parents so we can continue highlighting these new skills until the next session. ~ Amanda S
All of our goals were met or exceeded! Over the course of therapy, our child learned to correctly pronounce all letter sounds up to and past his age level. He is confident in pronouncing letter blends, which had previously concerned his teachers. He is aware of his rate of speech, and knows when he needs to slow down to help others be able to understand him. Our child is remarkably more confident in social settings, and his improved intelligibility has made a big difference in our family’s ability to communicate effectively! We loved the time we spent with Londa! She was always warm and welcoming to our family, even when our younger child was very rambunctious. Our son loved the games and play-guided sessions. Londa was very successful at getting and keeping his attention throughout the session. She made it fun for him, which is why he was so successful at meeting all of our goals! We also appreciated that Londa kept us informed on his progress throughout his entire course of therapy.~ Shelley M
Londa is extremely knowledgable and is willing to research and try new techniques. There's nothing that Key 2 Speech can improve on. Londa is doing great! ~ Cassie B
Londa DeRouchey worked with my son from the time he was in kindergarten. When he started speech therapy with her, I could understand only a little of what he said, and school was not going very well for him. Londa not only addressed correcting his sounds, but also sought to understand why he spoke the way he did so that she could more effectively help him. He made astounding progress working with Ms. DeRouchey! He now has no problem communicating, and excels in his school work. Londa was such a joy to work with. She was great at communicating with me and explaining what she was working on with my son. My son really enjoyed his sessions with Ms. DeRouchey. She made each speech therapy session fun for him. I'm very grateful that Londa worked with my son, and I highly recommend Londa DeRouchey! ~ Melissa B
